Scope of Work: LTE Post Launch Optimization and O&M engineer- immediate openings. We are only looking for senior, customer-facing candidates for this role. Candidate MUST have hands-on LTE RAN experience with launched markets, preferably with Ericsson product knowledge in addition to 5+ years experience specifically in network optimization (preferably WCDMA). Candidate must understand PM/CM/FM data and be able to correlate events, counters, and alarms to provide defendable recommendations for network performance improvement. Must be able to troubleshoot root cause issues with parameter misconfigurations, alarms, and external network issues. Must have a solid understanding of 3GPP to explain call flow, ACC/RET issues, and parameter impacts on network performance. Candidate must have good communication skills as they will be the primary interface for knowledge transfer with the customer. Rate is negotiable depending on candidate qualifications. Locations are nationwide including Alaska and Richardson. 3 positions available – this is a collector REQ.

James Services is currently seeking Mechanical Welding Quality Control Engineers with nuclear experience for a position located in Turkey Point.Quality Control Engineer
Provides support to more experienced construction quality control personnel. Assigned to discipline construction quality control position in an administrative or technical capacity. Performs assigned tasks with routine supervision and technical direction. Coordinates with other disciplines and departments as required and assigned in addition to working within own discipline. Performs construction tests in addition to performing inspections.

Responsible for performing and documenting inspection activities, and maintains quality control records. Coordinates quality activities with construction engineers and superintendents in a wide range of construction engineering functions to a single discipline on the overall project.

Candidate must be knowledgeable in ASME NQA-I, ASME III Division I and II, ANSI N45.2.6, Nuclear Work Procedures, Codes & Standards typically related to Piping, pipe supports, mechanical equipment and mechanical testing such as hydro testing

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

· Education and experience to meet ANSI N45.2.6 requirements for Level I certification. (Two years of related experience in equivalent inspections, examinations, or Testing activities “or” High school graduation and six months of related experience in equivalent inspection, examination, or testing activities “or” Completion of college level work leading to an Associate Degree in a related discipline plus three months of related experience in equivalent inspection, examination, or testing activities.)

· Mechanical experience in a project or classroom setting
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft database applications including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.

· Must be able to gain unescorted access onto operating Nuclear Power Plants.

· Must be able to climb ladders and scaffolding and “dress out” as required to perform inspection duties inside radiological controlled areas.

· Must have a valid U.S. Drivers License

· Must be willing to work nightshift and extended hours as required.

· Must have the right to work and remain in the United States.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous ANSI N45.2.6 certification as a Level I Mechanical Inspector

This individual will work under the direction of the electrical group leader or group supervisor and will be responsible for the following:

Production of discipline design drawings, specifications,
calculations and design details including but not limited to:

Single line/three line drawings
Control schematics and logics
Wiring diagrams and terminations
Quantity tracking databases
Equipment and cable sizing calculations
Produce specifications for electrical equipment in accordance with project requirements.
Performs related technical evaluations of suppliers and review and approval of equipment design drawings.
Must work effectively within and outside the Disciplines and with
the client organization and Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)

Walk down of existing plant equipment and generation of walk
down packages.
Requires knowledge of industry regulatory standards, and design criteria pertinent to the electrical discipline including conformance to Equipment Qualification (EQ), Electrical Separation and Appendix R.

May have responsibility for the technical direction and training of
more junior engineers and designers.
Provides engineering support of design through plant construction and startup.

Basic Requirements

Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Bachelors of Science in Engineering Technology (BSEET), or Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology (BSMET).
Minimum of 5 years of practical design experience

Scope of Work: UTRAN Engieer should be capable of troubleshooting network performance issues in live networks. The candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of UMTS experience. The candidate must be familiar with Network Performance Improvement, including tracing and analysis of single call as well as traffic analysis and improvement using KPIs. In-depth understanding of all RAN interfaces and protocols, and capability to troubleshoot capacity and performance issues is required. Must have an in-depth understanding of ATM transport network and capability to modify configurations according to established templates. Need to be proficient with trace tools, CPP platform, COLI, Moshell/AMOS, and scripting. Experience with OSS PM and Business Objects are a plus.
